An update to this story:
The document asserts that each image, snapped every 15 minutes after the computer was turned on, was sent to a network server at the school district.
The motion, according to the Inquirer, asserts that employees with access to the images “marveled at the tracking software” and, according to one alleged e-mail, a staffer said it was like a window “into a little LMSD soap opera.”
Caro Cafiero, administrator of the program who is now on paid leave, is quoted in the motion as having replied by e-mail: “I know, I love it,” the newspaper says.
